Trim Cap Front Lit Letters

Specifications
Sign front part: 3-5mm acrylic, acrylic could be done with UV printing if your logo are with different colorings. Acrylic thickness depend on your sign size, the larger, the thicker acrylic.
Sign return: The sign is bent into a certain depth of shapes by stainless steel or aluminum. Except that both material could be painted to PMS color, they both could be proceeded with different metal coloring. Take stainless steel as an example, it could be proceed with silver mirror, silver brush, gold mirror, gold brush, black mirror, black brush, bronze, rose gold, retro etc.
Inside: Led modues or strips with CE, ROHS, UL certificated, 12v, multiple lighting colors, RGB, RGBW available.
Backside: Backsdie of the sign is made of aluminum or stainless steel as requests.

Rimless Lighted Letters

Compare with the trim cap Front Lit Letters, rimless light letters do not have the trim cap. It has almost same structures with the trim cap front lit letters. Rimless lighted letters are often used for lower height locations to get a better vision of it. They are mostly used for malls, retail shops, restaurants, company logos, display & events, commercial decor, exhibitions etc. The rimless lighted letter and signs needs well refined, and delicate apprearance. Reports shows that almost 98% of famous brands logo and letters are high-ended signs. Good quality sign could double or triple your sales, and have good impressions from customers. Rimless light letters are best for less than 70cm large sign letters considering the sign fucntions and effective costs. Rimless lighted letters is maxiumly enlarge the sign brigtness and they are very best for letters or logo that with thin strokes.

How to choose material for front lit letter signs?

When we plan to make our signage, and As we all know that stainless steel density is 7.93g/cm3, aluminum density is 2.7g/cm3, stainless steel weight is almost 3 times heavier than aluminum. Then why some of the signs are made by stainless steel, some of them done by aluminum? Generally speaking, for small signs less than 70cm, we suggest to do them stainless steel, small letters often have sharp corners to bend and weld, they need the mateiral to be more flexiablity. Stainless steel is a flexiable material that could solve such kind of issue and accurately done with the original design. For signage larger than 70cm, we suggest the sign to be done with aluminum,which are light weighted, and safter to mount on wall.
