Acrylic led letter & sign is one of the fashion way fabricating your sign and letters. Acrylic has the features of high volume lights transmission, anti-ultraviolet, fire-retardent, resilience is 200 times more than glass, it has became the main materials for illuminated signs. Acrylic Led letter & sign famous for its high brightness, flexiable custom patterns, and effective costs. The acrylic led letters can be done with solid cut acrylic or hot bent acrylic into various shapes. Solid cut acrylic led letters also called mini letters, a good plan to create somthing tiny, but illuminated. Hot bent acrylic sign are mostly done for 3 dimensional illuminated signs. Acrylic led letters include many types, such as 3 Dimensional Light Letters, Face and Back Lit Letter sign, Back Lit Letters, Front Lit Letters, Edge Lit Letters etc.
Front part: 18mm thick acrylic made, can be painted to any PMS colors or UV printed as per design request. side way is painted to PMS colors. Some times the letter are 3 dimensional lighted, the acrylic thickness normally 3mm bent and glue with a certain depth of return.
Inside: Led strips with CE, ROHS, UL certificated. 12v,
Backside: 7mm acrylic attached to front part for illumination purpose.
